this whole thing is so overwhelming! :(
and its so traumatizing seeing the pictures of whats happening.
like most bad things, it takes a long time to sink in.
its really happening out there.
people are dying by the hundreds because of missile attacks being done by both sides.
the HAMAS want to conquer Israel.
so the Jews suffer. the civilians. the people just going about their daily lives.
then the Jews fight back. If not, they'll die out. After all, they are being attacked.
then the Palestinians suffer. and its not only the HAMAS that suffer.
civilians in the gava strip are dying by the hundreds.

Night tale
they spoke,
whispered words,
the stars.
Shook the earth.
The moon
carefully crept
through creeks of the
dark door.
softly spilling
into the room
onto his lap
as he sat quietly
listening to the night
softly sing.
to be read aloud. HAHAHA.
i forget what this tool is called, but its when you use the same sounds for words (not exactly rhyming. like "softly sing". so its sounds nice. HAHA :-j yeah )

Doors.
She will be lying
in her bed
reading, when
the slam
of the door
acroos
the hall, distracts her.
She'll continue
to stare at the book,
the words swimming
before her very
eyes.
She will feel her heart
beat,
her body will
feel like it's shrinking.
She will want to hug her pillow and hide
under her blanket.
She will glance
over
to her door.
Wishing she had shut
it properly : One inch
left open.
Through thisgap,
another door slam will she hear.
Screen door
This time,
This sound she knows well,
hears it every time someone
leaves.
She will want to close
her bedroom door.
She will want to hide
under her covers.
She will want to block out
the lack of screams and
the loud closing of doors.
But she wont move an inch
paralyzed
in fear, she stares,
as the words of the book swim
before her eyes,
as she begs them
to take her to
another world.

if all that was true, was you.
I will whisper in his ear I love him,
He will know he revived my world
of falling leaves and autumn winds,
He will hear the fear in my voice.
fear of dream. dilusion.
I will whipser in his ear I love him,
As he traces my cold chin
With his soft lips,
As he weakens my heart,
staring into my frightened eyes.
I will look away.
Should this be
plausible? true? a dream
floating through my mind?
He will whisper in my ear that he loves me,
and hold me in his arms.
